Pay for your treatment at Wellness Honmachi in advance, securely online. Please read the steps below before you pay.

How It Works

Step 1: Make a reservation
Tap the Reserve button below. On the next page, book by LINE or web form.

Step 2: Wait for our confirmation
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you your booking details and payment instructions.

Step 3: Pay online
Tap the menu you booked in the list below. You will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page.

Step 4: Let us know you’ve paid
After your payment is complete, please contact us via the same channel you used to book (LINE or web form). Please tell us your name, appointment date and time, and the menu you paid for.

Please do not pay before your reservation is confirmed.
This page is for advance payment only. Payment alone does not secure your booking.

About Payment

  • Accepted: credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • All prices are in Japanese yen (JPY) [, tax included].

Cancellation Policy

  • 3 to 2 days before your appointment: 30% of the total fee
  • 1 day before your appointment: 50% of the total fee
  • Day of your appointment / no-show: 100% of the total fee

All times are in Japan Standard Time (JST). If you cancel, the cancellation fee will be deducted and the rest will be refunded to your original payment method.

【ご利用の流れ】

ステップ1:ご予約
下の ご予約 ボタンを押してください。移動先のページで、LINE・Webフォームのいずれかからご予約をお願いします。

ステップ2:予約確定のご連絡をお待ちください
ご予約が確定しましたら、予約内容とお支払いのご案内をお送りします。

ステップ3:オンラインでお支払い
下のメニュー一覧から、ご予約のメニューをタップしてください。Stripeの安全な決済ページに移動します。

ステップ4:お支払い完了のご連絡
お支払いが完了しましたら、ご予約に使われたのと同じ方法(LINE・Webフォーム)でご連絡ください。お名前、ご予約日時、お支払いのメニューをお知らせください。

ご予約が確定する前に、お支払いはしないでください。
このページは事前決済専用です。お支払いだけではご予約は確定しません。

【お支払いについて】

ご利用いただけるお支払い方法:クレジットカード、Apple Pay、Google Pay
お支払いはStripeにより安全に処理されます。当店がカード情報を見たり保存したりすることはありません。
表示価格はすべて日本円(JPY)[税込]です。


【キャンセルポリシー】

ご予約の3日前〜2日前:料金総額の30%
ご予約の前日:料金総額の50%
ご予約当日・無断キャンセル:料金総額の100%

時間はすべて日本時間(JST)です。キャンセルされた場合は、キャンセル料を差し引いた金額を、お支払いに使われた方法へ返金いたします。
